#ThankfulThursday gives the Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) Foundation a regular opportunity to recognize and thank the important individuals, businesses and organizations in our community that help to make a difference to the quality and effectiveness of our local healthcare system.
This week’s Thankful Thursday features:
Flamboro Downs and the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation
Thank you to Flamboro Downs and the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation for their generous support of local healthcare at the Brant Community Healthcare System Foundation as part of their PROUD community outreach program.
For over 30 years, Great Canadian Gaming Corporation has supported local charities through its hospitality operations and has taken an active role in providing assistance to charities and organizations that are able to make a difference. In 2017 Flamboro Downs helped raise over $50,000 for local charities.
Flamboro Downs has partnered with the Brant Community Healthcare System Foundation for a Slots, Trots and Jackpots event on Thursday, April 12 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. All proceeds from the event will be donated to local healthcare.
Join us for an evening of fun, dining, live harness racing and gaming action, and enjoy a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet featuring carved prime rib of beef, a selection of white meats, pasta, potatoes, vegetables, soups, salads, bread station and desserts in the Top O’ the Turn Dining Room overlooking Canada’s fastest half-mile track.
Tickets are $50 each and include a buffet dinner, a $10 racing voucher, a race program and free parking.
