Memorial Giving
Giving a memorial gift is a beautiful way to remember a loved one, or express your sympathy for a loss.
The BCHS Foundation is grateful when you choose to honour your loved one by making a memorial gift to support healthcare in Brantford, Brant County, Six Nations of the Grand River, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, and surrounding areas.
We would be pleased to forward an Expression of Sympathy card to the next of kin or anyone else on your behalf:
- Check “I would like to dedicate this gift”
- Select your type of dedication
- Type in the name of the person that your gift is in honour of
- Check “I would like someone to receive notification of this gift”
- List the details (name, address, etc.) of who should receive the card
Please note: the “I want to support” section on the donation form lists our most popular designations. If you wish to support a designation not listed, please select “Unrestricted” and note in the Comments section where you would like to direct your donation to.
