Thank You Volunteers!

April is National Volunteer Month!

Volunteers are the friendly faces that greet you as you enter the Brantford General Hospital and the Willett, Paris. They help guide and transport patients and their families to receive care, and provide comfort and support, a kind word, or a warm blanket.

We are grateful to the many volunteers at the Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) who give their time to support and positively impact patient care.

The BCHS Volunteer Association directly impacts patient-centered care daily, and their compassion and dedication is gratefully appreciated by all of us at the BCHS!

The BCHS Volunteer Association dates back to the hospital’s birth in 1912. They are a significant contributor to the BCHS Foundation through fundraising activities and events, having raised nearly three million dollars to date!

The Boards of Directors of both the BCHS and the BCHS Foundation are also dedicated volunteers from our community, who provide thoughtful leadership and experience to guide our organizations.

The BCHS Foundation’s success relies on the dedication and generosity of all these volunteers. Thank you for making a difference!
