This Giving Tuesday, your generosity can help our tiniest patients breathe a little easier. After a weekend focused on deals, today is about making a difference.
The Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) is the primary pediatric care provider to Brantford, Brant County, Six Nations of the Grand River, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nations, and surrounding areas.
The BCHS welcoming around 1,500 babies each year and caring for more than 300 newborns in the NICU annually. The NICU supports infants born at 32 weeks or later who require breathing assistance, stabilization, and specialized monitoring.
To support this exceptional care, our goal is to raise $16,700 this Giving Tuesday to purchase an Infant T-Piece Resuscitator (NeoPuff), a device that assists newborns as they transition to respiratory independence.
The NeoPuff provides gentle, reliable breathing support for newborns — especially those born prematurely or requiring extra help in their first moments.
With nearly 1,500 births each year, having this technology available is critical during time-sensitive situations. Having a NeoPuff in every NICU room means caregivers can respond instantly when seconds matter most.
Help us raise $16,700 TODAY and DOUBLE your impact!
Two generous community members are matching all gifts made to our Hope for Healthcare campaign, which includes funding this essential piece of equipment.
Help give newborns the strongest possible start. Donate today and make twice the difference!
