Royal Canadian Legion Donates $7,000 to Benefit NICU

Recently, representatives from the Royal Canadian Legion presented a donation to the Brant Community Healthcare System Foundation on behalf of the Royal Canadian Legion Ontario Provincial Command Branches and Ladies’ Auxiliary Charitable Foundation. Donations from these organizations help veterans and the community at large across Ontario.
This donation will be used to purchase an infant resuscitator – Neopuff. This critical piece of equipment is a lightweight resuscitation unit used in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for reliable treatment of infant patients experiencing breathing difficulties. The Neopuff helps to facilitate the evolution from immature to supported lung function to respiratory independence.

Recently, a representative from the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 29 presented a $817.13 donation to the BCHS Foundation on behalf of the Royal Canadian Legion Ontario Provincial Command Branches and Ladies’ Auxiliaries Charitable Foundation. Donations from these organizations help veterans and the community at large across Ontario.
This donation will be used to purchase an exam light to benefit patient care at The Willett Urgent Care Centre.
