Haley Stallman inspired to give back

Haley Stallman, of Sips & Signs Customs, was delighted by the idea of creating custom t-shirts as a fundraising effort to support the Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) Foundation. The concept was originally brought forward by Crista and Tanya, two nurses from the Brantford General Hospital, as a way to inspire and connect the staff at BCHS while helping to support critical needs at BCHS.

The shirts were a huge success raising $3200 to directly support the purchase of patient equipment at BCHS.

Haley was eager to do more, with the go-ahead from Crista and Tanya, a website was created to sell the shirts for the staff at BCHS and continue giving back, raising an additional $525. We are pleased to announce that she has recently opened the offer to include the community with a portion of each shirt benefitting top priority needs at BCHS.

“Going through the pandemic has really made me realize how important it is to have strong healthcare in our community, giving back to support is just my way of showing appreciation”, says Haley. “The Brantford Strong and Brant Strong shirts are a way of showing that together we can accomplish anything, and with these shirts we can also make a difference to our local hospitals.”
