We are excited to introduce Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) Foundation’s Strategic Plan for 2021-2024. This plan was created to support the work of our organization in its daily practices, donor relationships and board governance.
This plan was the result of input from community partners, key informants, elected officials, hospital staff, physicians, hospital leadership, past and current board members and staff. All these voices contributed to building and creating the direction of BCHS Foundation as we move into the future, thank you to all who contributed.
